Woodland Dream is a Special Dish that the player has a chance to obtain by cooking Sunshine Sprat with Albedo. The recipe for Sunshine Sprat is obtainable from Albedo during the The Second Experiment: The World quest of Princeps Cretaceus Chapter Act I: Traveler Observation Report.
Woodland Dream increases all party members' Shield Strength by 35% for 300 seconds. Like most foods, this has no effect for other players in Co-Op Mode.
