- Adventure Rank 18 or above
- Complete the Archon Quest "Song of the Dragon and Freedom"
- To get the best experience from this event, complete Archon Quest Chapter III: Act V "Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises" and Albedo's Story Quest "Princeps Cretaceus Chapter: Act I".
- If the player has not completed the Archon Quest Chapter III: Act V "Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises" and Albedo's Story Quest "Princeps Cretaceus Chapter: Act I," they can enter the event through "Quick Start" in the event page.

- During the event, take part in the various gameplay modes of Windblume Festival to obtain rewards such as Primogems and the event-exclusive weapon "Mailed Flower (Claymore)". Complete challenges to obtain Floral Coupons and Festive Tickets to exchange for rewards such as Crown of Insight and the event-exclusive Weapon Refinement Material from the Event Shop.
