Vourukasha Oasis is a subarea located in Realm of Farakhkert, Girdle of the Sands, Sumeru.
Vourukasha Oasis is the birthplace and homeland of the Pari, who act as its guardians. It holds a "sea of pure dew" (Amrita) created from the remnants of the original Hydro Archon, Egeria. At the Oasis's center grows the Harvisptokhm, a giant tree that contains Egeria's remaining consciousness.
Sometime after the Cataclysm, Elder Zurvan of the Pari used the Great Songs of Khvarena to seal off the Oasis following an attack by the Abyss. She has stated that she will only let in heroes who have formed bonds with Pari and pilgrims who wish to worship Egeria.[1]
