The Only Truth is a special food item that the player has a chance to obtain by cooking Katsu Sandwich with Shikanoin Heizou. The recipe for Katsu Sandwich is obtainable from Ryouko for 2,500 Mora.
The Only Truth increases all party members' ATK by 114 for 300 seconds. Like most foods, this has no effect for other players in Co-Op Mode.
