He can move freely and adjust the direction he is targeting during this time. His Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst create Sourcewater Droplets. When storing energy for his Charged Attack, he can absorb Sourcewater Droplets within a certain distance, restoring his own HP while reducing the time required to fully charge his torrent. In addition, his Elemental Skill deals pneuma-aligned Hydro DMG. |       |
  Zhongli | 20 Primogem | By tapping his Elemental Skill, Zhongli can summon a Stone Stele, dealing DMG to surrounding opponents. Holding his Elemental Skill creates a shield protecting Zhongli and his allies. His Elemental Burst summons a Meteorite falling from the sky, dealing Geo DMG and applying Petrification to the opponents hit, immobilizing them. |      |
  Heizou | Shikanoin Heizou's Elemental Skill deals Anemo DMG based on the number of Declension stacks possessed. He can obtain more Declension stacks via charging the skill or by triggering Swirl reactions. When 4 Declension stacks are possessed, the Conviction effect will be produced, which will further increase the Elemental Skill's DMG and also increase its AoE. Heizou's Elemental Burst unleashes a Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger that deals AoE Anemo DMG and apply Windmuster Iris to all opponents who already have Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro applied to them. The Windmuster Iris will explode after a short delay, dealing DMG that matches the elemental type of that prior elemental application. |   | |
 Fischl | Fischl can summon the Night Raven Oz, who shall relentlessly assault opponents with lightning. Her Elemental Burst calls upon Oz to spread his wings and defend her. All who touch his midnight pinions will be struck down forthwith, judged guilty of the sin of touching their betters. |    | |
 Yaoyao |  15,000 Mora | Yaoyao's Elemental Skill summons "Yuegui: Throwing Mode," which will continuously throw exploding White Jade Radishes that will heal characters and deal Dendro DMG to opponents within the explosion radius. Her Elemental Burst will see her enter the Adeptal Legacy mode, gaining increased Movement SPD and Dendro RES. In this state, she will continuously summon White Jade Radish-throwing "Yuegui: Jumping Mode" until their maximum numbers are reached. While she is in the Adeptal Legacy state, the White Jade Radish explosions will heal all nearby characters. |  |
