Neuvillette	20 Primogem 3 Lumitoile 3 Transoceanic Pearl	Neuvillette's Charged Attack releases a surging torrent after fully storing energy, dealing continuous AoE Hydro DMG to all opponents in a direct line in front of him. He can move freely and adjust the direction he is targeting during this time. His Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst create Sourcewater Droplets. When storing energy for his Charged Attack, he can absorb Sourcewater Droplets within a certain distance, restoring his own HP while reducing the time required to fully charge his torrent. In addition, his Elemental Skill deals pneuma-aligned Hydro DMG.
Hu Tao	20 Primogem 3 Silk Flower 3 Whopperflower Nectar	When Hu Tao casts her Elemental Skill, she consumes a set proportion of HP and enters into Paramita Papilio state, in which her Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks deal Pyro DMG. In Paramita Papilio state, Hu Tao's Charged Attacks apply the Blood Blossom status to opponents, periodically dealing Pyro DMG. When Hu Tao casts her Elemental Burst, hitting opponents restores her HP. When Hu Tao's HP is less than 50%, hits deal increased DMG and restore more HP.
Fischl	6 Adventurer's Experience 3 Small Lamp Grass 3 Firm Arrowhead	Fischl can summon the Night Raven Oz, who shall relentlessly assault opponents with lightning. Her Elemental Burst calls upon Oz to spread his wings and defend her. All who touch his midnight pinions will be struck down forthwith, judged guilty of the sin of touching their betters.
Xingqiu	3 Mystic Enhancement Ore 3 Silk Flower 3 Damaged Mask	When Xingqiu's Elemental Skill hits opponents, they will form Rain Swords that protect him and his allies. His Elemental Burst activates Rainbow Bladework, which will immediately summon the largest possible number of Rain Swords, and launch consecutive attacks at opponents along with Xingqiu and his allies.
Diona	15,000 Mora 3 Calla Lily 3 Firm Arrowhead	Diona's Cryo power has become her preferred method of treating a drunkard's alcohol dependency. Her Elemental Skill shoots Icy Paws that deal Cryo DMG and creates a shield. Holding it longer increases the amount of Icy Paws fired and the shield's capacity. Activating Diona's Elemental Burst will make her toss out liquor, creating a Drunken Mist which heals allies and deals Cryo DMG to opponents over its duration.
