Sunshine Sprat is a food item that the player can cook. The recipe for Sunshine Sprat is obtainable during The Second Experiment: The World in Albedo's Story Quest, Princeps Cretaceus Chapter: Act I - Traveler Observation Report.
Depending on the quality, Sunshine Sprat increases all party members' Shield Strength by 20/25/30%. Like most foods, this cannot target other players' characters in Co-Op Mode.
When Albedo cooks Sunshine Sprat, there is a chance Woodland Dream will be created instead.
