The Special Kamera is a gadget obtained from the World Quest Perfect Shot. During the Five Flushes of Fortune event, the Kurious Kamera is exchanged to obtain it.
It allows the player to take pictures like a normal Kamera, but the printed images have a golden, hazy border added to it.

- The Kamera's method of producing instant photos may be inspired by the Polaroid instant cameras.
- The Kamera's design resembles a twin-lens reflex film camera, which has two lenses, one for viewfinder and another for taking pictures.
