Snowy Silhouette: Hope is a World Quest in Dragonspine, Mondstadt. It is only accessible if the player had not completed the Shadows Amidst Snowstorms event in Version 2.3.
The quest doesn't show up immediately after completing Lost in the Snow. It appears after the daily reset.

- Go to the Adventurers' Guild
- Go to Dragonspine and look for clues
- Defeat all opponents
- Talk to Pallad
- Talk to Cyrus
- Report back to Joel

- Reckless Pallad: Unfortunately, before I could attract that person's attention... My cries attracted some monsters first.
- Reckless Pallad: Now I don't know about you, but I wasn't confident that I could take them on in such conditions, so I beat a hasty retreat.
- Reckless Pallad: Once I got back, I related the matter to Mr. Cyrus.
- So the person you saw was Joel's father?
- Cyrus: We're not sure ourselves.
