System Unlock: Silvermoon Hall: Selenic Chronicles
Silvermoon Hall: Selenic Chronicles is the Reputation system for Columbina in Silvermoon Hall, Nod-Krai. It is unlocked by completing the Archon Quest The Dark Side of Memory in Song of the Welkin Moon: Act II - Elegy of Dust and Lamplight. The records can be viewed by talking to the Record-Keeping Kuuhenki.
This system involves completing a series of quests to obtain rewards. After completing each quest, the player must wait for the next weekly reset to access the next one. They will also gain the New Moon's Embrace effect for the rest of the week, which sets their Moonsign Level to Ascendant Gleam as long as they are in Nod-Krai. This effect cannot be toggled off.
Selenic Chronicles quests become unavailable after starting Archon Quest Song of the Welkin Moon: Act V - A Nocturne of the Far North, which is automatically started after completing Act IV - An Elegy for Faded Moonlight.

You can visit Silvermoon Hall from time to time to meet The Damselette.
For a certain time after completing the quest, your party will gain the New Moon's Embrace effect: When in Nod-Krai, your party's Moonsign Level will always be Ascendant Gleam. Additionally, after completing a certain number of quests, you can claim a variety of other rewards.

Interactions are random when arriving at Silvermoon Hall.

- The Damselette: Until a curious bird rode the wild gale into the heart of the storm.
- The Damselette: As it turned out, the roiling waves were caused by the snoring of a giant whale.
- The Damselette: And so the bird told the whale a tale of peaceful slumber, and from then on, the great sea was quiet.

- The Damselette: So, go to sleep, little ones, lest the fearsome whale awaken once more.
- The Damselette: Kuuhenki are an energetic bunch. Lulling them to sleep is no easy task.
