Sangonomiya Shrine (Japanese: 珊瑚宮 Sangonomiya, "Coral Palace") is a subarea in Watatsumi Island, Inazuma.
Sangonomiya Shrine is the base for the resistance army led by Sangonomiya Kokomi, that opposes the Raiden Shogun's Vision Hunt Decree. The current shrine is not the original shrine of the island — it was built after Orobashi died from the Raiden Shogun's attack.

Shrine Maidens
The Shrine Maidens of Watatsumi Island are trained at the Sangonomiya Shrine, as they worship Orobashi rather than the Sacred Sakura.
Trivia
- Sangonomiya Shrine was revealed in the Version 1.6 Special Program.
- Sangonomiya Shrine may be inspired by Ryuuguu-jou (Japanese: 龍宮城 "Dragon Palace Castle"), the undersea palace of the dragon god of the sea Ryuujin in Japanese folklore. The palace is described as being made out of gold, crystal, coral and pearl, with sloping roofs.
