The young Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island and a descendant of the Sangonomiya Clan, Kokomi is in charge of most of Watatsumi's affairs, shouldering heavy responsibilities alone in hopes for giving Watatsumi Island's people the hopes and happiness that they desire.
Normal Attack Performs up to 3 consecutive attacks that take the form of swimming fish, dealing Hydro DMG.
Charged Attack Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal AoE Hydro DMG after a short casting time.
Plunging Attack Gathering the might of Hydro, Kokomi plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Hydro DMG upon impact with the ground.
Constellation Effects
Constellation Level 1, At Water's Edge: "While donning the Ceremonial Garment created by Nereid's Ascension, the final Normal Attack in Sangonomiya Kokomi's combo will unleash a swimming fish to deal 30% of her Max HP as Hydro DMG. This DMG is not considered Normal Attack DMG."
Constellation Level 4, The Moon Overlooks the Waters: "While donning the Ceremonial Garment created by Nereid's Ascension, Sangonomiya Kokomi's Normal Attack SPD is increased by 10%, and Normal Attacks that hit opponents will restore 0.8 Energy for her. This effect can occur once every 0.2s."
Generate on average 0.67 × 6 = 4.02 elemental particles if all ticks hit an enemy.
The Bake-Kurage ticks every 2 seconds, for a total of 7 times before its 12s duration ends. (including the initial hit)
Only one Bake-Kurage can exist at a time.
Ripple DMG will snapshot Sangonomiya Kokomi's stats on cast and will not be affected by changes in her stats that occur afterwards.
This will not be updated when the Bake-Kurage's duration is refreshed by her Passive Talent 1, Tamakushi Casket.
In most cases, the Additive Base DMG Bonus from Nereid's Ascension cannot be snapshotted by the Bake-Kurage; however, if Kurage's Oath is cast while Nereid's Ascension is active, and Kokomi leaves the field before the first Bake-Kurage tick, the Additive Base DMG Bonus can be snapshotted.
Passive Effects
Passive Talent 1, Tamakushi Casket: "If Sangonomiya Kokomi's own Bake-Kurage are on the field when she uses Nereid's Ascension, the Bake-Kurage's duration will be refreshed."
Constellation Effects

Summons the might of Watatsumi, dealing Hydro DMG to surrounding opponents, before robing Kokomi in a Ceremonial Garment made from the flowing waters of Sangonomiya.
Ceremonial Garment
Sangonomiya Kokomi's Normal Attack, Charged Attack and Bake-Kurage DMG are increased based on her Max HP.
When her Normal and Charged Attacks hit opponents, Kokomi will restore HP for all nearby party members, and the amount restored is based on her Max HP.
These effects will be cleared once Sangonomiya Kokomi leaves the field.
This Elemental Burst drains energy later than most others.[5]
Water essentially acts as if it were normal solid terrain for the duration of the burst. As such, while donning the Ceremonial Garment, Kokomi can take fall damage and even die if she jumps from a high distance onto water.
Passive Talent 1, Tamakushi Casket: refreshes the duration of Kokomi's Bake-Kurage upon casting Nereid's Ascension.
Passive Talent 2, Song of Pearls: increases the Normal and Charged Attack DMG Bonus from Nereid's Ascension by 15% of Kokomi's Healing Bonus.

Healing a character at maximum HP counts for this constellation.
Damage Bonus Calculations
The Normal Attack "DMG Bonus" is applied differently from other Damage Bonuses. It is not added to other Damage Bonus percentages, but is rather added to the base damage (before other multipliers are applied). That is (without Crit), the outgoing Damage is:
The DMG Bonus at the end includes damage bonuses like Hydro DMG Bonus and Normal Attack DMG Bonuses.
The HP Ability Bonus is the DMG Bonus provided by the burst for the corresponding type of attack (Normal, Charged, Bake-Kurage).
With her second Passive Talent, the Ability Bonus becomes
