Rime-Worn Crystals are limited items that only exist during the duration of the event "The Chalk Prince and the Dragon". It is dropped by Elite Enemies in Dragonspine such as Fatui Cryo Cicin Mages and Ruin Grader. It has no use, other than being a challenge objective to collect a certain amount of these fragments in the event.
