Puff Pops is a food item that the player can cook. The recipe for Puff Pops is obtainable from Level 2 Reputation with Scions of the Canopy.
Depending on the quality, Puff Pops heals the target Character for 1 HP every 8 seconds for 32/40/48 seconds, while briefly displaying the logo of the Scions of the Canopy. This effect will only activate when the selected character is also the active character. Like most foods, this has no effect for other players in Co-Op Mode.
