Trivia[]
Etymology[]
- Pardis Dhyai roughly means "garden of meditation."
- Pardis is the Persian word for a kind of garden — the word being derived from the same root as the word Paradise.
- Dhyai is possibly derived from the Sanskrit root ध्यै dhyai, "to contemplate, meditate, think of," which is related to the Avestan word 𐬛𐬀𐬉𐬥𐬁 daēnā, "insight" or "religion."
