The Outsider Shrine is a shrine located next to Washizu. It is part of the Hidden Exploration Objective Washizu's Prayers, where it can be prayed at three times per day, with a purple orb appearing with each prayer. After said Hidden Exploration Objective is completed, the Outsider Shrine will no longer be interactable with.
