Avenge the Fallen | |
Description When an ally Ochimusha dies in battle, the other Ochimusha will attempt to avenge their fallen comrade. The Ochimusha imbues itself with a dark-purple aura, as well as infusing its blade with Electro. While in this state, the Ochimusha is also immune to immobilization effects, including Frozen elemental reactions and Planet Befall's petrification. The Ochimusha will then gain a 30-second 50% max HP increase (this will also heal the Ochimusha if it is under its max HP) and will then enter the Avenger state permanently. While in this state the Ochimusha has increased Interruption Resistance and will always prioritize infusing their blade if their blade's infusion ends. Ochimusha can also perform a number of different attack combos while in this state.

Strategy
Ochimusa are the same as Kairagi and are dealt with the same way. With the exception of one Sword Hilt puzzle, all Ochimusa are fought alone, although the one in Higi Village also has a Kairagi: Dancing Thunder at the spot.
