The Northern Intelligence Network is an underground organization, currently ran by Nefer. Its primary point of sale is the Curatorium of Secrets in Nod-Krai.

The network is made up of volunteers, with many of its members having willingly given up their prior positions, reputations, and sometimes even abandoning their names to join. It is loosely structured with no real rules or regulations.

As a forum for intel exchange, it brings together well-connected individuals willing to share information in exchange for payment.

The network has spies in every region except in Liyue, as Yelan and her colleagues have prevented it from taking hold there.
