A dancer under the Zubayr Theater, Nilou's dancing is but elegant and graceful — however, outside the stage's spotlight, she's just like any girl her age; warm, smiling, and friendly.
Enters the Pirouette state, dealing Hydro DMG to nearby opponents based on Nilou's Max HP. While she is in the Pirouette state, Nilou's Normal Attacks and Elemental Skill will cause her to enter the Sword Dance and Whirling Steps stances respectively, causing DMG she deals to be converted to Hydro DMG that cannot be overridden and that is considered Elemental Skill DMG.
In these stances, Nilou's third dance step will end Pirouette, and has the following effects:
Sword Dance: unleashes a Luminous Illusion that deals Hydro DMG to opponents it touches and grants Nilou the Lunar Prayer effect. This effect converts Nilou's Normal Attacks into Sword Dance techniques, and her final hit will unleash a Luminous Illusion.
Whirling Steps: Nilou unleashes a Whirling Water Wheel that deals AoE Hydro DMG and creates a Tranquility Aura that follows your active character around and applies Wet to opponents within its AoE.
Nilou is unable to perform Charged Attacks when under the effect of Pirouette or Lunar Prayer. These effects will be removed once she leaves the field.
The cooldown starts immediately after the first input.
When Sword Dance, Whirling Steps, Luminous Illusion, or Water Wheel during the Pirouette state hits at least one enemy, it generates 1Elemental Particle.
The state Nilou enters with her third dance step in the Pirouette state is unaffected by her first two dance steps.
Tranquility Aura will apply Hydro in a 2.5 m radius every 0.5 seconds. Due to its Internal Cooldown, it can only apply Wet to the same target once every 2 seconds.
While under the Pirouette or Lunar Prayer effects, Nilou's Interruption Resistance is increased. If a Sword Dance or Water Wheel attack is used under these states, Interruption Resistance will be increased even further.
While under the Pirouette or Lunar Prayer effects, Nilou's Normal Attack string will not be reset.

Passive Effects
Passive Talent 1, Court of Dancing Petals: When there are at least one Dendro character and one Hydro character in the party and no characters of any other elements, then upon completion of the third dance step of Nilou's Dance of Haftkarsvar, all nearby characters gain the Golden Chalice's Bounty for 30s. This effect increases the Elemental Mastery of all nearby characters by 100 for 10s when affected characters are hit by Dendro attacks and also causes them to create Bountiful Cores instead of Dendro Cores upon triggering the Bloom reaction. Bountiful Cores deal the same kind of damage as Dendro Cores but burst very quickly, have larger AoEs than Dendro Cores do, and cannot trigger Hyperbloom or Burgeon.
Court of Dancing Petals is also affected by Nilou's Passive Talent 2, Dreamy Dance of Aeons: "Every 1,000 points of Nilou's Max HP above 30,000 will cause the DMG dealt by Bountiful Cores created by characters affected by Golden Chalice's Bounty to increase by 9%. The maximum increase in Bountiful Core DMG that can be achieved this way is 400%."
Court of Dancing Petals is also affected by Nilou's Constellation Level 2, The Starry Skies Their Flowers Rain: "After characters affected by the Golden Chalice's Bounty deal Hydro DMG to an opponent, that opponent's Hydro RES will be decreased by 35% for 10s. After dealing Bloom or Lunar-Bloom DMG to opponents, their Dendro RES will be decreased by 35% for 10s. You need to have unlocked the 'Court of Dancing Petals' Talent."
Constellation Effects
Constellation Level 1, Dance of the Waning Moon: Increases Luminous Illusion DMG by 65%, and extends the Tranquility Aura's duration by 6s.
Begins the dance of faraway dreams and springs that hear, causing a Lotus of Distant Waters to bloom, dealing AoE Hydro DMG based on Nilou's Max HP and applying the Lingering Aeon effect to all opponents hit. After an interval, opponents affected by Lingering Aeon will take Hydro DMG.
Constellation Effects
Constellation Level 3, Beguiling Shadowstep: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
When all characters in the party are all Dendro or Hydro, and there are at least one Dendro character and one Hydro character: The completion of the third dance step of Nilou's Dance of Haftkarsvar will grant all nearby characters the Golden Chalice's Bounty for 30s. Characters under the effect of Golden Chalice's Bounty will increase the Elemental Mastery of all nearby characters by 100 for 10s whenever they are hit by Dendro attacks. Also, triggering the Bloom or Lunar-Bloom reaction will create Bountiful Cores instead of Dendro Cores. Such Cores will burst very quickly after being created, and they have larger AoEs. Bountiful Cores cannot trigger Hyperbloom or Burgeon, and they share an upper numerical limit with Dendro Cores. Bountiful Core DMG is considered DMG dealt by Dendro Cores produced by Bloom. Should the party not meet the conditions for this Ascension Talent, any existing Golden Chalice's Bounty effects will be canceled.
In Co-Op Mode, this passive also factors in characters outside Nilou's party.
Passive Effects
Passive Talent 2, Dreamy Dance of Aeons: "Every 1,000 points of Nilou's Max HP above 30,000 will cause the DMG dealt by Bountiful Cores created by characters affected by Golden Chalice's Bounty to increase by 9%. The maximum increase in Bountiful Core DMG that can be achieved this way is 400%."
Constellation Effects
Constellation Level 2, The Starry Skies Their Flowers Rain: "After characters affected by the Golden Chalice's Bounty deal Hydro DMG to an opponent, that opponent's Hydro RES will be decreased by 35% for 10s. After dealing Bloom or Lunar-Bloom DMG to opponents, their Dendro RES will be decreased by 35% for 10s. You need to have unlocked the 'Court of Dancing Petals' Talent."
Every 1,000 points of Nilou's Max HP above 30,000 will cause the DMG dealt by Bountiful Cores created by characters affected by Golden Chalice's Bounty to increase by 9%. The maximum increase in Bountiful Core DMG that can be achieved this way is 400%.
Nilou must have at least 74,444.44... Max HP to achieve the maximum increase in Bountiful Core DMG.
Genshin Impact's internal calculation of stats preserves decimals, but the stats displayed to the player are always rounded down to the nearest integer. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the maximum buff with a displayed Max HP of 74,444 and not 74,445, as long as the true value exceeds 74,444.44...
The DMG gain from the passive is linear to Nilou's Max HP above 30,000 and not stepwise at every 1,000 points of Max HP, hence why 75,000 Max HP is not required for the maximum increase in Bountiful Core DMG.
Nilou's Elemental Skill will cause her to enter a special Pirouette State, allowing her to use unique Hydro elemental dance steps that will replace her Normal Attack and Elemental Skill, with her third dance step's type granting her different subsequent effects. After she completes her third dance step, having the right elements in your party will cause her to grant all nearby characters the Golden Chalice's Bounty, which will cause the Dendro Cores created by Bloom reactions they tri!!er to become Bountiful Cores instead. Nilou's Elemental Burst will deal AoE Hydro DMG to nearby opponents, before dealing another instance of Hydro DMG to them after a short delay.
After characters affected by the Golden Chalice's Bounty deal Hydro DMG to an opponent, that opponent's Hydro RES will be decreased by 35% for 10s. After dealing Bloom or Lunar-Bloom DMG to opponents, their Dendro RES will be decreased by 35% for 10s. You need to have unlocked the "Court of Dancing Petals" Talent.
For every 1,000 points of Max HP, Nilou's CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG will increase by 0.6% and 1.2% respectively. The maximum increase in CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG via this method is 30% and 60% respectively.
