Mr. Bai is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in Kaeya's Hangout Event: Act I - Shenanigans and Sweet Wine.

Mr. Bai, who also went by the name Dr. Baifuzi falsely claimed to be Baizhu's master. Aunt Zhang was familiar with Mr. Bai's true identity. After losing a coin-tossing challenge to Kaeya and the Traveler, Mr. Bai is charged with defrauding Captain Wu, along with many others before him, and is taken away by Jiayi and the Millelith.[1]
