Moment of Respite is a Special Dish that the player has a chance to obtain by cooking Surf, Turf, and Perch with Chasca. The recipe for Surf, Turf, and Perch can be obtained from an Exquisite Chest from a Time Trial Challenge in Ochkanatlan.
Moment of Respite decreases Stamina depleted by gliding and sprinting for all party members by 25% for 1800 seconds. Like most foods, this has no effect for other players in Co-Op Mode.
