Summons Oz to spread his twin wings of twilight and defend Fischl. Has the following properties during the ability's duration: Fischl takes on Oz's form, greatly increasing her Movement Speed. Strikes nearby opponents with lightning, dealing Electro DMG to opponents she comes into contact with. Each opponent can only be struck once. Once this ability's effects end, Oz will remain on the battlefield and attack his Prinzessin's foes. If Oz is already on the field, then this will reset the duration of his presence.

Midnight Phantasmagoria is Fischl's Elemental Burst.

Gameplay Notes

• Upon casting this skill, Fischl takes on Oz's form for a short duration. She has Invincibility Frames only during the very brief casting period. While Fischl is in Oz's form, Fischl can still take damage as normal, unlike the invulnerability usually granted when casting an Elemental Burst.
• While in Oz's form, Fischl's Interruption Resistance is greatly increased.
• Falling Thunder DMG follows an Internal Cooldown of 5 seconds/4 hits.
  • This ICD is shared with the extra Electro DMG at Constellation 4.
• This skill summons Oz or refreshes his duration. For more information on Oz, see Nightrider.
  • With proper rotation between this skill and Fischl's Elemental Skill, Oz can be on the field for 20s (or 24s with Fischl's C6) every 25s.
  • The Oz summoned by Midnight Phantasmagoria does not affect Nightrider's cooldown.
  • The Oz summoned by Midnight Phantasmagoria is identical to the Oz summoned by Nightrider.
• While in Oz's form, Fischl can travel over water at the same speed as on land.
• This talent can be ended early by switching to another character. Oz will be summoned upon switching characters.

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 4, Her Pilgrimage of Bleak: "When Midnight Phantasmagoria is used, it deals 222% of ATK as Electro DMG to surrounding opponents. When the skill duration ends, Fischl regenerates 20% of her HP."
• Constellation Level 5, Against the Fleeing Light: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.

Trivia

• Using this talent near most NPCs will cause them to clap.
• While wearing her default outfit, Dunkelnacht Sakrament, when Midnight Phantasmagoria is ready, the seven bronze-bordered purple gems on her default outfit will glow along with her Vision. One gem is on the back of her collar, one gem is in the middle of the bow at the front of her neck, two are hanging from her collar in front, one is on her leg garter, and two are at the front of her boots.
• While wearing her themed outfit Ein Immernachtstraum, when Midnight Phantasmagoria is ready, the pale-colored gem on her collar will glow along with her Vision.
