Lyulka is an open-world shop NPC located in Nasha Town, Lempo Isle, Nod-Krai.
She is the researcher of Rossum Workshop, which is marked with the 
icon on the map. Although not a blacksmith, she operates Rossum Workshop on behalf of her father, Arkhyp, and sells weapon Diagrams, 2-Star Weapons, and can forge certain 4-Star Weapons and weapon enhancement materials.
Talking to Lyulka with Aino in the party for the first time gives the player two Lakkaberry Krumkakes and five Fine Enhancement Ore.
