Joyous Letters is a Gadget obtained during the Summertide Scales and Tales event by collecting 200 Excerpts of Bliss. Upon activation, the Jocund Letters will reveal all Excerpts of Bliss in Simulanka including Jubilant Feathers, Fairytale Troves, and Hero's Journey. The gadget has a 60-second cooldown between uses.
