Jiayi (Chinese: 嘉义 Jiāyì) is an open-world NPC located in Feiyun Slope, Liyue Harbor. He can be found in front of the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Jiayi is a Millelith stationed at Feiyun Slope. He deeply misses his daughter, Little Liu, who lives with her grandparents in Qingce Village. He wishes to be with her but he has to work and fulfill his duty as a Millelith soldier in Liyue Harbor.
