"The world dances in a weightless whirl, presenting a secret that can only be found in the flowers."

Hanega: Song of the Wind is Wanderer's Elemental Skill.

Gameplay Notes[]

  • The cooldown does not start until the Windfavored state ends.
  • When a Normal or Charged Attack during the Windfavored State hits at least one enemy, it generates 1 Elemental Particle.
    • A non-converted Normal Attack can also generate particles if the Windfavored State is activated before said attack hits an enemy.
    • This particle generation has a cooldown of 2 seconds.
    • If only Normal and Charged Attacks are performed in the Windfavored state, up to 5 particles can be generated. This may change if other point-consuming actions are performed or if extra Kuugoryoku Points are gained.
  • During the casting animation of this skill, the Wanderer is immune to being Frozen.
  • If the Wanderer falls to the ground after being Frozen mid-air, the Windfavored state will end when the Frozen state ends.
  • If the Wanderer is staggered mid-air, the player can press sprint or jump to immediately recover. Doing so will not consume extra Kuugoryoku Points, and pressing Sprint will not trigger Gales of Reverie if it is available.
  • During the Windfavored state, the Wanderer will be unaffected by quest steps that force the character to walk.
  • Kuugoryoku Point consumption begins 3 frames (60FPS) after activating this skill.
  • While in Windfavored state Plunging Attacks are disabled.

Trivia[]

  • While wearing his default outfit, A Wrathful Void, when the Wanderer is in the Windfavored state from his Elemental Skill, certain patterns on his turtleneck bodysuit, shorts, and gloves, on the neck, shoulders, chest, hips, upper arms, hands, and even his eyes in his Elemental Burst glow in the Anemo-aqua color. A symbol similar to the Raiden Shogun's appears on the back of his neck on his shirt. If superimposed on each other, their symbols fit together to make a full mitsudomoe.
