"The world dances in a weightless whirl, presenting a secret that can only be found in the flowers."
Hanega: Song of the Wind is Wanderer's Elemental Skill.
Gameplay Notes[]
- The cooldown does not start until the Windfavored state ends.
- When a Normal or Charged Attack during the Windfavored State hits at least one enemy, it generates 1 Elemental Particle.
- A non-converted Normal Attack can also generate particles if the Windfavored State is activated before said attack hits an enemy.
- This particle generation has a cooldown of 2 seconds.
- If only Normal and Charged Attacks are performed in the Windfavored state, up to 5 particles can be generated. This may change if other point-consuming actions are performed or if extra Kuugoryoku Points are gained.
- During the casting animation of this skill, the Wanderer is immune to being Frozen.
- If the Wanderer falls to the ground after being Frozen mid-air, the Windfavored state will end when the Frozen state ends.
- If the Wanderer is staggered mid-air, the player can press sprint or jump to immediately recover. Doing so will not consume extra Kuugoryoku Points, and pressing Sprint will not trigger Gales of Reverie if it is available.
- During the Windfavored state, the Wanderer will be unaffected by quest steps that force the character to walk.
- Kuugoryoku Point consumption begins 3 frames (60FPS) after activating this skill.
- While in Windfavored state Plunging Attacks are disabled.

- Passive Effects
- Passive Talent 1, Jade-Claimed Flower: The Windfavored State is buffed as follows if the corresponding elements are contacted on skill cast, up to a maximum of 2 buffs:
- Passive Talent 2, Gales of Reverie: "When the Wanderer hits opponents with Kuugo: Fushoudan or Kuugo: Toufukai in his Windfavored state, he has a 16% chance to obtain the Descent effect: The next time the Wanderer accelerates in mid-air while in this instance of the Windfavored state, this effect will be removed, this acceleration instance will not consume any Kuugoryoku Points, and he will fire off 4 wind arrows that deal 35% of his ATK as Anemo DMG each. For each Kuugo: Fushoudan and Kuugo: Toufukai that does not produce this effect, the next attack of those types will have a 12% increased chance of producing it. The calculation of the effect production is done once every 0.1s."
- Constellation Effects
- Constellation Level 1, Shoban: Ostentatious Plumage: When in the Windfavored state, the Attack SPD of Kuugo: Fushoudan and Kuugo: Toufukai is increased by 10%. Additionally, Gales of Reverie's wind arrows will deal an additional 25% of his ATK as DMG.
- Constellation Level 2, Niban: Isle Amidst White Waves: "When in the Windfavored state, Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays will see its DMG increased by 4% per point of difference between the max amount of Kuugoryoku Points contrasted with Kuugoryoku's present capacity when using this skill. Through this method, you can increase Kyougen: Five Ceremonial Plays's DMG by a maximum of 200%."
- Constellation Level 4, Yonban: Set Adrift into Spring: When Jade-Claimed Flower is triggered, one random untriggered buff will also be obtained in addition to the one or two buffs that were obtained normally.
- Constellation Level 5, Matsuban: Ancient Illuminator From Abroad: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
- Constellation Level 6, Shugen: The Curtains' Melancholic Sway: When Kuugo: Fushoudan hits an enemy, an additional instance of Kuugo: Fushoudan will occur at the position hit, dealing 40% of the attack's original DMG. In addition, the Wanderer will restore 4 Kuugoryoku Points the next time he falls below 40 Points; this can occur once every 0.2s up to 5 times before the Windfavored State ends.

Trivia[]
- While wearing his default outfit, A Wrathful Void, when the Wanderer is in the Windfavored state from his Elemental Skill, certain patterns on his turtleneck bodysuit, shorts, and gloves, on the neck, shoulders, chest, hips, upper arms, hands, and even his eyes in his Elemental Burst glow in the Anemo-aqua color. A symbol similar to the Raiden Shogun's appears on the back of his neck on his shirt. If superimposed on each other, their symbols fit together to make a full mitsudomoe.
