Fugui (Chinese: 富贵 Fùguì) is an open-world NPC in Guili Plains. He is located in the Sea of Clouds north of the Statue of Geo.

Fugui is a Millelith soldier clad in the familiar Millelith attire: a beige long-sleeved shirt over a black, high-collared undershirt, a grey chestplate, black boots, and gloves. A red belt completes the ensemble.
