It is the home of the Frostmoon Scions. It appears to be built on the ruins of an earlier settlement.
The Meeting Point of the same name is situated at the Enclave's Grand Library.

If Lauma is in the party, striking each of the 5 drums will summon a different animal companion. Striking each drum again will cause the associated animal to perform one of 2-3 animations. They will despawn if the player moves far enough away.
- Animals from left to right: Amateur Weasel Thief, Puffin, Chic Badger (blue), Squirrel, Sapphire cat.
- Striking the drums with Lauma will create a more resonant sound than with any other character.
