Free the Dog (unofficial name) is a Hidden Exploration Objective that takes place in Narukami Island, Jinren Island. This objective involves using one Metal Key.

- Use a Metal Key on a wooden cage south of Jinren Island
- Follow Toratarou to the north of the island
- Open the half-buried Precious Chest

Gameplay Notes[]
- Toratarou is guarded by a Nobushi.
- Freeing Toratarou grants players the Wonders of the World achievement Who Let the Dogs Out.
- It is possible to feed Toratarou
Fowl ×1 before or immediately after freeing him. Doing so has no impact on gameplay. - The chest spawns only after opening the cage.
- Toratarou will despawn if the player teleports somewhere else; similarly, the bowl in Toratarou's cage will also disappear.
