She is an investigator for Mondstadt's Adventurers' Guild, accompanied by the night raven Oz. A daring adventurer with seemingly outlandish theories that happen to turn out to be true, she claims to hail from a world beyond Teyvat.
Normal Attack Performs up to 5 consecutive shots with a bow.
Charged Attack Performs a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG. While aiming, the dark lightning spirits of Immernachtreich shall heed the call of their Prinzessin and indwell the enchanted arrowhead. When fully indwelt, the Rachsüchtig Blitz shall deal immense Electro DMG.
Plunging Attack Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Constellation Level 1, Gaze of the Deep: "Even when Oz is not present in combat, he can still watch over Fischl through his raven eyes. When Fischl performs a Normal Attack against an opponent, Oz fires a coordinated attack, dealing DMG equal to 22% of Fischl's ATK."
Summons Oz. The night raven forged of darkness and lightning descends upon the land, dealing Electro DMG in a small AoE. For the ability's duration, Oz will continuously attack nearby opponents with Freikugel.
Hold to adjust the location Oz will be summoned to. (PressText for mouse and keyboard and controller/TapText for touch screen) again any time during the ability's duration to once again summon him to Fischl's side.
The cooldown starts immediately after the first input.
As a result, cooldown reduction effects that shorten ongoing cooldowns, such as the Thundering Fury 4-piece set bonus, can activate while Oz is on the field, even though the cooldown is not visible. (However, since this effect has a trigger requirement, it still requires Fischl to be on-field in order to activate.)
Effects that alter cooldowns multiplicatively, such as Slowing Water, will be calculated using the base 25 seconds, not the time left after Oz disappears. For example, a Reduce CD value of −80.0% will cause the full cooldown to become 45 seconds, which means that the cooldown of this skill will appear as 35 seconds when Oz disappears after a duration of 10 seconds.
Oz's ATK DMG will snapshot Fischl's stats when casting and when repositioning Oz and will not be affected by changes in her stats that occur afterwards. The buffs applied upon casting will also apply to her 4th Ascension Passive and 6th Constellation throughout Oz's duration.

Summons Oz to spread his twin wings of twilight and defend Fischl. Has the following properties during the ability's duration:
Fischl takes on Oz's form, greatly increasing her Movement Speed.
Strikes nearby opponents with lightning, dealing Electro DMG to opponents she comes into contact with. Each opponent can only be struck once.
Once this ability's effects end, Oz will remain on the battlefield and attack his Prinzessin's foes. If Oz is already on the field, then this will reset the duration of his presence.
Upon casting this skill, Fischl takes on Oz's form for a short duration. She has Invincibility Frames only during the very brief casting period. While Fischl is in Oz's form, Fischl can still take damage as normal, unlike the invulnerability usually granted when casting an Elemental Burst.
Falling Thunder DMG follows an Internal Cooldown of 5 seconds/4 hits.
This ICD is shared with the extra Electro DMG at Constellation 4.
This skill summons Oz or refreshes his duration. For more information on Oz, see Nightrider.
With proper rotation between this skill and Fischl's Elemental Skill, Oz can be on the field for 20s (or 24s with Fischl's C6) every 25s.
The Oz summoned by Midnight Phantasmagoria does not affect Nightrider's cooldown.

While in Oz's form, Fischl can travel over water at the same speed as on land.
This talent can be ended early by switching to another character. Oz will be summoned upon switching characters.

The additional attack is fired from the orb near Fischl's shoulder and is only fired on Normal Attacks that have locked on to an enemy, regardless if it is blocked by obstacles or missed. The attack has homing capability and may bypass obstacles.
The joint attack from Oz is considered Normal Attack DMG.
Oz's attack will deal Physical DMG, not Electro DMG.
