Empowered Dragontooth is a Quest Item created from Strange Tooth.
It is first used in the World Quest The Festering Fang. After the quest, it can be used to forge the Dragonspine Spear.

- Before completing step 7 of Archon Quest The Gardener in Interlude Chapter: Act IV - Paralogism, Empowered Dragonteeth can be created in batches of four by interacting with Durin's Core. Once Durin's Core has become inert, a runestone will appear on the crafting bench near Orban at the Dragonspine Adventurer Camp, which can be used instead to create Empowered Dragonteeth.
- Only 999 Empowered Dragontooth can be held in the player's Inventory.
- Attempting to create Empowered Dragonteeth when the limit has been reached will consume the Strange Teeth, but not provide additional Empowered Dragonteeth.
