Base damage from Transformative Reactions per Level

The DMG dealt by Transformative Reactions, the DMG Boost provided by Additive Reactions, and the HP of Crystallize shields are based on the triggering party's Level Multiplier, which is determined by their level.

For Transformative and Additive Reactions only, Level Multipliers for characters is higher than those of enemies and the environment at Level 58 and above.

Additionally, certain damaging environmental effects, despite not being Elemental Reactions, will also scale with the same set of Level Multipliers for their DMG.
