Explain Hallowed Exegesis, Advanced Reshape, and Decreed Reshape.
Consume a certain number of Dust of Enlightenment a certain number of times to guarantee a certain number of rolls into the selected Minor Affixes.

When reshaping an artifact, 2 Minor Affixes must be selected. The number of enhancements of Minor Affixes will be reallocated. After reshaping, either the original or the reshaped result can be kept, but the Dust of Enlightenment consumed will not be returned.
For each Dust of Enlightment consumed, 1 point of Hallowed Exegesis will be gained, which can be consumed to trigger the Advanced Reshape and Decreed Reshape effects.
