Dizziness-Be-Gone no Jutsu Version 2.0 (Japanese: 眩暈回避術・改 Memai-Kaihi Jutsu - Kai) is a food item that the player has a chance to obtain by making Onigiri with Sayu. The recipe for Onigiri can be obtained through the The Gourmet Supremos: The Deep Divers quest.
Dizziness-Be-Gone no Jutsu Version 2.0 restores 26% of Max HP to a character and regenerates 570 HP for them every 5 seconds for 30 seconds. Like most foods, this dish has no effect on other players in Co-Op Mode.

- 4 Mail have Dizziness-Be-Gone no Jutsu Version 2.0 as an attachment:
- Big Problems... ×1 from Sayu on October 19, 2024
- Fishing's So Hard ×1 from Sayu on October 19, 2023
- Have I... Grown Taller? ×1 from Sayu on October 19, 2022
- Nap Time! ×1 from Sayu on October 19, 2021
- The dish is perhaps based on rice balls in kyaraben (character bento), a type of Japanese boxed lunch whose food is decorated to portray fictional characters and animals.
- Tanuki and mujina are magic-wielding animals in Japanese folklore. As a real animal, tanuki is uniquely identified with Japanese raccoon dogs; meanwhile, as a real animal, mujina is synonymous with anaguma (Japanese badgers) in many cases but can refer to tanuki (Japanese raccoon dog) and hakubishin (masked palm civet), depending on region. Therefore, tanuki and mujina may refer to the same real-life species in some cases.
- Despite Sayu's vehement denial for unclear reasons, the color pattern of the animal's face is identical to real-life tanuki (Japanese raccoon dogs).
