It is first shown during the World Quest Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part I in Series The Dirge of Bilqis. Access to it is granted during the World Quest Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part III in Series The Dirge of Bilqis.
The platform at the center is the entrance to The Orchard of Pairidaeza.
