Usage
This item's effect is worded somewhat ambiguously.
What is does is grant you a 15 second buff after using an Elemental Skill. While this buff is active, any normal or charged auto-attack by the wielder of Debate Club will cause a bonus 60%-120% DMG circle to activate (up to once every 3 seconds).
Theoretically, this effect can outshine Prototype Aminus (480% DMG every 15 seconds) if you activate and time this effect perfectly (5 x 120 = 600% DMG over 15 seconds). Description
A handy club made of fine steel. The most persuasive line of reasoning in any debater's arsenal.
A persuasive tool, sure to turn the tide of a heated argument in the wielder's favor. Guaranteed to add weight to one's words.
Useful in any argument, no matter who the opponent, to convince them to listen to reason.
In short, people listen to pearls of wisdom.
Ultimately, production was forcibly ended due to mass protests. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one.
