Combat Talents are Talents that are used through inputs. These include: Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, Elemental Bursts, and, for some characters, Alternate Sprints.
With the exception of Alternate Sprints, these Talents can be upgraded using Character Talent Materials and Character Level-Up Materials dropped by Weekly Bosses.
