Citlali is a playable Cryo character in Genshin Impact.
Bearing the Ancient Name Ukumbuko,[6][7] Citlali, also known as "Granny Itztli" among her fellow Masters of the Night-Wind, is a well-known and powerful shaman of the tribe who tends to live in seclusion. Although quick to anger and somewhat self-indulgent, she harbors a more self-conscious side to her personality.

Invoking secret pacts passed down by her tribe over the millennia, Citlali deploys an Opal Shield and calls forth "Obsidian Tzitzimitl: Itzpapa," a creature that is (reputedly) terrifying beyond compare, dealing Nightsoul-aligned AoE Cryo DMG. The Opal Shield's DMG absorption scales based on Citlali's Elemental Mastery, and absorbs Cryo DMG with 250% efficiency. When it is deployed, it will cause Citlali to briefly be affected by Cryo. After using this skill, Citlali gains 24 Nightsoul points and enters the Nightsoul's Blessing state. Citlali's Elemental Skill creates an Opal Shield based on her Elemental Mastery, dealing Cryo DMG in an area and restoring Nightsoul points. If Citlali has at least 50 Nightsoul points, she will continuously consume points to create a Frostfall Storm that follows the character around and deals DMG to surrounding opponents.
Her Elemental Burst creates an ice storm that bombards the area ahead, dealing AoE Cryo DMG and summoning Spiritvessel Skulls to nearby opponents that deal AoE Cryo DMG after a short time. The ice storm and the Spiritvessel Skulls will restore Nightsoul points to Citlali.
While her Elemental Skill is active, after nearby party members trigger Frozen or Melt, the opponent affected by that reaction will have their Pyro and Hydro RES decreased by 20% for 12s.
Holding Jump will have Citlali consume Phlogiston to leap even higher. She can expend Phlogiston and Stamina in mid-air to launch Charged Attacks.
