Celebration Balloons are objects found in the archery challenge Bullseye Balloons in the Windblume Festival.
When they are popped, the player will gain points, and the balloon will explode, destroying the balloons around it.
The design is similar to Klee's bombs (Jumpy Dumpty) and resembles her toy doll Dodoco.
