Captain Wu (Chinese: 吴船长 Wú-chuánzhǎng) is an open-world NPC in Liyue Harbor.
He can be found walking around near the Adventurers' Guild post and the Wanmin Restaurant in Chihu Rock. He is always indecisive about how to spend his life savings.
