Bullet Barnacles are an underwater exploration mechanic in Fontaine.
They periodically deal damage to the player when near. Use the Armored Crab Shield ability to reduce damage taken, and use the counterattack to destroy the barnacle.
Bullet Barnacles are a type of Fontemer Aberrant, and they are enemies with Armored Crabs.[1]
