Bracari previously worked for Callas in the past and she was also Navia's nanny. She is skilled in marksmanship, having taught Navia and was involved on her training.[2] Currently, she is a manager of the General Goods Store in Fleuve Cendre. She enjoys spending time with children and likes giving out snacks for the children coming to her store. Navia visits her often and would always bring many gifts for her.

Bracari is an elderly lady with her gray hair tucked in a low bun. She wears a long short-sleeved purple dress and wears a gray shawl. Her longer sleeves that fit under her dress sleeves are white and loose.
