Bountiful Year is a food item that the player can cook. The recipe for Bountiful Year is obtained by claiming the rewards for clearing the Key Catch challenge in the Fleeting Colors in Flight event's The Great Gathering, while the item can be obtained from Linlang by exchanging the Dragonbone Orb from the World Quest Lotus Eater.

Depending on the quality, Bountiful Year increases all party members' ATK by 224/272/320 and CRIT Rate by 6/8/10% for 300s. Like most foods, this can't target other players' characters in Co-Op Mode.

Gameplay Notes[]

  • Obtaining this dish from Linlang will not add it to the Archive; only a delicious variant cooked by the player will cause it to be added.

Trivia[]

  • This dish is most likely a reference to Yusheng (Chinese: 鱼生 Yúshēng), a type Cantonese-styled raw salad. This dish is normally eaten during Chinese New Year.
  • The Chinese name of the dish, 丰年有余 Fēngnián Yǒuyú, is possibly a reference to the common New Year greeting 年年有余 niánnián yǒuyú, which means "to have abundance year after year."
  • To celebrate Chinese New Year 2022, the Teyvat Food Notes released a real-life recipe for Bountiful Year, featuring all the Liyue playable characters at the time. The blog post's story has each character contributing in some way to the making (and eating) of the dish.
