Berry & Mint Burst is a food item that the player purchase from Charles in Angel's Share (located in the City of Mondstadt) for 1,500 Mora (max 2 per day).
Berry & Mint Burst increases the party's CRIT Rate by 16% for 300 seconds. Like most foods, this has no effect for other players in Co-Op Mode; this effect only applies to the player's party.
