- Adventure Rank 28 or above
- Complete Song of the Welkin Moon: Act II — "Elegy of Dust and Lamplight"
- Complete the Story Quests "Ignis Purgatorius Chapter: Act I" and "Lupus Aureus Chapter: Act II" first to get the best experience from this event.
- In the current version, once you reach Adventure Rank 28 and complete Archon Quest Chapter I: Act III "A New Star Approaches," you can use the "Quick Start" function to unlock Archon Quest: Song of the Welkin Moon: Act I — "A Dance of Snowy Tides and Hoarfrost Groves" and continue progressing up to the latest Archon Quest introduced in the current version update.
