The Upper Sanctum, also known as Hanan Pacha, is a group of floating islands that are said to be held together by Phlogiston.[1][2] According to ancient legends, it was created by Waxaklahun Ubah Kan as a site to share the knowledge of Phlogiston with humanity.[3]
