A Thank-You Letter to All Travelers is an Event in Version 2.3.
Dear Travelers,
Thanks to your support, Genshin Impact has won the "Best Mobile Game" award and was nominated for the "Best Ongoing" award category at The Game Awards 2021. We will be giving out 1,600 Primogems from December 11 to December 14! Thank you for coming alongside us through this journey.
How to Claim Rewards[]
400 Primogems shall be given out to Travelers via in-game mail at 00:00 (server time) each day from December 11 to December 14.
These Primogems can be claimed at any time before the end of Version 2.3. All Travelers who have reached Adventure Rank 7 or above can claim a total of 1600 Primogems via in-game mail.
