Steps

1. Free the following Hued Monetoo in any order:
   • Under the large stone block:
     • Indwell an Iktomisaurus (or use a Masters of the Night-Wind character)
     • Scan the nearby Nightspirit Graffiti and place the balloon on top of the stone block
   • Under the inflatable ring:
     • Scan the nearby Nightspirit Graffiti to remove the inflatable ring
   • Near the warriors:
     • Defeat enemies
       • Spiritspeaker Warrior: Psychokinetic ×1
       • Spiritspeaker Warrior: Contemplator ×1
2. Fill the wall with color
   • Hold the Elemental Skill button to continuously throw paint until the Precious Chest unlocks
