Он посвящен саундтреку Мондштадта и состоит из 63 композиций, разделённых на 3 части: «City of Winds and Idylls», «The Horizon of Dandelion» и «Saga of the West Wind». Композиции написаны композитом Yu-Peng Chen и студией HOYO-MiX.

Альбом был выпущен 28 сентября 2020 года в Spotify и Apple Music, полноценный релиз на официальном YouTube-канале состоялся 2 ноября 2020 года. CD версия оригинального альбома была выпущена 4 августа 2021 года.
