My Navia + Chiori team got an upgrade, I can guarantee is more comfortable to use.

I'm more used to ZZZ where we get an indicative of when to dodge, so if I play WuWa and Genshin, it's hard to coordinate the dodging.

Tartaglia and Yoimiya can fulfill the na, but both of them do not deal skill damage (I don't mean they absolutely can't, but their gameplay requires them to don't normally do), and the other DPS are Charged attack users, which I think doesn't get the NA buff unless the buff specifies it applies to charged.

You can make 180 pulls and get 100 4-stars without any of them being the desired one, and since Illuga is not coming on Liyue, he's not a free 4-star for Lantern Rite, so you might want to have as much chances as possible.
